The simplicity of microformats and those who actually write and/or use them at this point is a relatively shrewd and saavy crew who is typically well aware and versed in semantics and standards, and the effects and consequences the lack of or presence of yields.

Yes, I have had some of the same concerns you present here - but I don&#039;t think that it can hurt anything by moving forward with them now. They have proven to be a useful feature to many, including myself. &lt;/p&gt;
