		<description>That&#039;s a great point.  I like to structure things so there is incentive to provide great service.  A race to the bottom based on price doesn&#039;t do that, bucket pricing doesn&#039;t do that, and lots of other things don&#039;t either.  We have phone service with a particular company who won&#039;t answer our support calls.  And why should they?  For what we pay them every month, a single support call will erase their month&#039;s profits.  That is not a pricing model that will deliver good service.  (Alas, we can&#039;t find a good alternative.)</description>

They speak at length in one of their FAQs about how the &quot;bucket&quot; pricing model encourages a hosting company to &lt;em&gt;reduce&lt;/em&gt; usage.</description>
