My secret is that I just get 'em done ASAP -- If I don't do it right away, it becomes an albatross around my neck... I spent a lot of Friday after the conference doing the videos, and then I spent a good chunk of time (6 hours or more) each day on Mon, Tue and Wed getting everything from tape to the computer, finding the start and end points, uploading to YouTube, and making the matrix. Actually this is the fastest I've gotten videos from mysqlconf up, and this year I had 2 video cameras! (previous years was just 1). ayup!
