Around the middle of 2018, I stopped eating breakfast, and what’s happened to my body since then has surprised me.
Like many people, I spent my entire life hearing that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
I believed it, of course.
Why wouldn’t I?
It was an opinion echoed unanimously by everyone who should know—medical professionals, nutrition experts, and so on.
But my recent experience has shown the opposite is true: eating breakfast is actively bad for my body.
